In these terms, “Academy”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to ArtAICare Academy. “Participant”, “you” and “your” refer to the person purchasing or attending training.
2. Scope of these terms
These terms apply to Academy training purchases, including the Therapist Accelerator, workshops, short courses and online, hybrid or in-person programmes.
Your programme description, order confirmation and our Cancellation and Refund Policy form part of your booking agreement. The Academy Privacy Policy explains how we process your personal information.
An institutional or group booking may have different commercial conditions where these are agreed in writing before purchase. Mandatory consumer and other statutory rights remain protected.
3. Booking and confirmation
Before purchasing, check the programme, cohort dates, delivery format, session times, time zone, language, prerequisites and included resources.
Your booking is confirmed when payment is successfully received and we send your order confirmation. Please provide accurate participant and billing information. If someone purchases a place on your behalf, we also need the attending participant’s name and email address.
The conditions supplied when you purchase govern your booking. Subsequent website updates do not automatically change an existing agreement.
4. Prices and payment
The binding price is the amount displayed at checkout, including applicable taxes and any disclosed mandatory charges.
Payments through the Academy shop are charged in euros (EUR). Any advertised US dollar amount is an indicative equivalent. Your bank or card issuer may apply its own exchange rate and conversion fees.
Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment method expressly identified at checkout. Any agreed instalment arrangement will state its payment dates and conditions before purchase.
5. Founding member discounts
Where advertised, qualifying annual ArtAICare SaaS founding members receive 40% off eligible Academy training tuition, subject to the offer conditions displayed before purchase.
The annual ArtAICare platform membership is a separate purchase. Its commitment, billing, renewal and cancellation conditions are governed by the membership agreement. Purchasing Academy training does not automatically create or renew a platform subscription.
Discounts cannot be combined unless an offer expressly permits this. We may verify membership eligibility.
If you purchase a membership rate without qualifying, we will contact you before training access begins to offer either an agreed payment of the difference or cancellation with a refund of the tuition paid. We will not make an additional charge without your authorisation.
6. Welcome and course preparation
Welcome to ArtAICare Academy. We look forward to learning with you and supporting your professional development.
One week before your scheduled training begins, our team will contact you to help set up your learning workspace. We will share your personal workspace invitation, joining instructions, confirmed timetable, and pre-course materials and preparation activities.
If you enrol within one week of the start date, we will arrange onboarding as soon as possible before your first session.
Please check your inbox and spam folder and contact info@artaicare.academy if your invitation does not arrive. Complete any preparation identified for your programme.
7. Live learning and replay access
The 2027 online Therapist Accelerator includes five live teaching days covering 10 modules, with interactive learning resources, workbooks and opportunities for questions and discussion. The teaching hours and timetable are specified on the selected cohort page.
Participants are encouraged to attend live for interaction and Q&A. If you miss a teaching session, you may catch up through the available recordings.
Therapist Accelerator teaching replays and included online learning resources remain accessible for six calendar months after the scheduled cohort end date. We will communicate the expiry date.
Private breakout discussions or sensitive participant contributions may be excluded from recordings. Where necessary, equivalent learning resources will support access to the taught content.
Other programmes have the access period stated in their individual listings. Enrolment includes the support expressly advertised for your programme.
8. Workspace and technical requirements
Academy learning activities, coursework and teaching recordings are hosted within ArtAICare’s private server environment. Access is personal to the enrolled participant.
Please keep your credentials secure and do not share your account or joining links.
You are responsible for the ordinary equipment and internet connection specified for your programme. Any essential specialist hardware or software must be disclosed before purchase. Equipment, travel and accommodation are included only where expressly stated.
Tell us about accessibility needs or reasonable adjustments so we can plan appropriate support.
9. Completion and certificates
Certificates are issued after the completion and assessment requirements stated for the selected programme have been met.
The programme listing identifies the certificate, awarding organisation and any applicable accreditation or continuing professional development recognition. Where a programme expressly identifies a University of Luxembourg certificate or joint award, the stated requirements for that award apply.
Replay learning may be used to complete taught content unless a specific live participation requirement was disclosed before purchase.
Certificates do not themselves confer a professional licence or authorise practice outside your existing qualifications. Participants should check recognition requirements with their employer or professional body.
10. Participation and confidentiality
Participants must contribute respectfully and protect the confidentiality of other learners.
You must not:
Share account credentials or distribute restricted learning resources.
Record, photograph or redistribute sessions without permission.
Harass other participants or disrupt teaching.
Upload identifiable patient records or confidential client information.
Share another participant’s personal information, artwork or contributions without permission.
Use fictional or genuinely anonymised examples in learning activities.
We may restrict access where serious misconduct creates a safety, confidentiality or legal risk. Where appropriate, we will explain the concern and provide an opportunity to resolve it. Any refund or other remedy will be assessed fairly under the circumstances and applicable law.
11. Learning materials and participant work
The Academy and its licensors retain intellectual property rights in supplied teaching materials, workbooks, slides, recordings and learning resources.
Enrolment provides personal, non-transferable access for your learning during the stated access period. Any additional permission to use a practice resource will be identified on that resource.
You may apply what you learn in your professional practice. You must not resell, publish or distribute course materials, or use them to deliver another training programme, without written permission.
You retain ownership of your original coursework. We may use it as necessary to deliver the programme, provide feedback and assess completion. Publicity, research or AI model training requires a separate, appropriate arrangement.
12. Educational scope
Academy programmes provide professional education. They do not replace clinical supervision, professional judgement or individual medical or legal advice.
Participants remain responsible for using learning within their qualifications, professional obligations and local requirements.
AI outputs and technology demonstrations require critical review. We do not guarantee particular clinical outcomes, business results or earnings.
13. Programme changes and cancellations
We may update teaching examples or replace a trainer with a suitably qualified colleague without materially reducing the agreed programme.
If we cancel before training begins or materially change its dates, time zone, delivery format or essential promised features, you may choose an available alternative or a full refund of tuition paid.
If part of the programme cannot be delivered, we will offer an appropriate replacement or refund for the undelivered part, preserving any greater remedy required by law.
Participant cancellations, transfers, missed sessions and refunds are governed by our Cancellation and Refund Policy.
14. Privacy and communications
Personal information is handled as explained in our Academy Privacy Policy.
Booking confirmations, workspace invitations, preparation instructions, timetable changes and certificate communications are operational messages needed to deliver your training.
Marketing subscriptions and permission to use your image, voice, artwork or testimonial publicly are separate choices.
15. Responsibility and disputes
We will deliver the agreed programme with reasonable care and skill.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer and data protection rights.
For business purchases only, and to the extent permitted by law, our aggregate contractual liability for ordinary negligence is limited to the tuition paid for the affected programme. The protected liabilities above remain unaffected.
These terms are governed by Luxembourg law. Consumers retain applicable mandatory protections and jurisdiction rights. Business disputes are subject to the competent Luxembourg courts.
Please contact info@artaicare.academy with your order reference and an explanation of any concern so we can seek a fair resolution.
